Tuscarawas SWCD Annual Meeting and Voting for Board of Supervisors
2025 Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday September 30th, 2025, at the Harvest Barn in Sugarcreek. Tickets will be available at our office starting July 1st.
Dinner will be catered by Log Cabin Catering.
The Tuscarawas Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking candidates to fill two Board of Supervisors positions for 2026.

Legal Notice
The Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission will cause an election of Supervisors of the Tuscarawas Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) to be held in accordance with Chapter 940 of the Ohio Revised Code. Individuals who own or occupy land within the Tuscarawas Soil and Water Conservation District and are 18 years of age or older may vote for Supervisor.
There are three ways an eligible voter can cast a ballot:
1.) At the SWCD office, 85 E Iron Ave, Dover Ohio 44622, from 9/1/2025 until 9/30/2025 during normal business hours; or
2.) At the SWCD Annual Meeting, which will take place at Harvest Barn, 420 Dutch Valley Dr NE, Sugarcreek Ohio 44681 on 9/30/2025 from 5:00 pm; or
3.) Voting absentee from 9/1/2025 until 9/30/2025, by requesting the ballot application and election ballot from the SWCD office at the following address 85 E Iron Ave, Dover Ohio 44622, by calling 330-339-7976, or email sgordon@tuscsoil.com. Absentee ballots must be received by the SWCD office by 9/30/2025 and 4:00 pm.
Supervisors will be elected to a three-year term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2028.
